Alla domanda 18 la risposta è: "An example of this would be selling commercial secrets relating to pharmaceuticals. Disclosure of information obtained through undercover investigations would definitely not constitute malicious disclosure, whether this related to malpractice or procedures conducted in an authorised manner"

Alla domanda 21 la risposta è: "To achieve genuine transparency, a simple online facility should be created to make Project Licence Apllications available before they are granted. This would not amount to the Home Office ceding control of the harm-benefit assessment, but would bring the licensing of animal experiments in line with other regulatory activities conducted by public bodies, such as the administration of planning applications. This approach would allow for valuable input from outside experts, such as suggestions on non-animal alternatives".
